With over 25 years of experience Mark has developed a considered and creative approach to design and been involved in the creation of many projects from individual homes to large apartment buildings and educational facilities. His excellent rapport and communication with clients and builders ensures a seamless design and construction process. He founded Watershed Design in 2002 while his wife Carolyn went to work earning the money so he could build his practice in between surfing breaks.
Vectorworks and Sketch-Up whizz (but don’t call him a computer nerd), Jujitsu black belt, avid traveller and creative thinker. Evan provides elegant solutions to design challenges, communicating schemes clearly through detailed three dimensional computer modelling.
Peter has been an invaluable part of the Watershed team for over ten years. He has been involved in many projects from start to finish with his attention to detail and easy going manner making for strong and successful client relationships. His love of surfing and all things water related is consistent with his calm and balanced approach to his work.
A well travelled individual, Charlotte is originally from France but loves the Northern Beaches lifestyle. She has a particular interest in environmental design and efficient problem solving.
Her love of architecture began as a child labourer in her father’s architecture practice in the 1970’s where actual drawing boards and ink pens were used. She came to Sydney from country South Australia and was bedazzled by bright lights, big city and all that was offered by a large commercial architecture firm in which she worked for 10 years before having three daughters and joining Mark in their business over 13 years ago. Today Carolyn juggles her time with her family and has input in projects when she can.
Nikki's considerable skills include creating three-dimensional computer models that give our clients a great understanding of their project. An avid ocean swimmer, Nikki uses her focus to ensure projects are clear and well organised.
